Car Lessons/Driver Training For: Fitness to Drive / Medical Assessment Preparation
An incident or medical condition may prompt a notification to have a “Medical Fitness To Drive Assessment” conducted by DIT (Department for Infrastructure and Transport) or medical professional facility.
If you have been recommended lessons by a goverment authorised assessor, we can supply lessons by the hour in our vehicle.

What To Bring/Wear
- Current Drivers Licence/Paper Permit issued by Service SA
- Enclosed comfortable shoes (eg. sneakers - not thongs or heavy steel cap boots)
- Report of any attempted assessments with DIT

Recommendations
Contact Service SA to confirm the time and date of your ‘assessment’. From there we can plan a lesson before this date occurs.
Cancellation/Rescheduling/Refund Policy
When a service is cancelled by Accustom a full refund of fees may apply, if this is the case participants will be notified of alternative opportunities.
Where a participant fails to attend without notifying Accustom at least 72 hours (3 full business days) prior to the service commencing, there may be no refund or the ability to re-schedule the service.
Management can offer a re-scheduling fee depending on the service and timeframe.
Accustom are unable to accept responsibility for changes to personal circumstances.
Some fees are non-refundable/transferable after payment, if resources have been provided (eg. Training kits posted/testing fees/credit transaction fees/administration, $20 admin fee will be deducted from all change of mind/circumstance refunds).
Refunds for special circumstances are made at the discretion of Company Management.
